Industrial inkjet printers of Mimaki

An industry leader in providing the broadest array of wide format print-and-cut solutions, Mimaki excels in innovation, quality, and reliability. Our flatbeds, roll-to-roll printers and hybrid print-and-cut equipment address a wide range of application needs. We offer print-and-cut solutions for almost every sign and display, textile and apparel and industrial need.

Size: Produce sheet sizes up to 6.5 square meters (70 square feet).

Substrate: Print high-quality, brilliant images on a range of material, including plastic, glass, wood, leather and fabric.

On-Demand Production: On-Demand Production: Since our digital inkjet printing systems do not require printing plates, small runs are fast, easy, and economical.

Ecological sustainability: Our wide-format inkjet printing solutions use less ink than conventional printing technologies, creating less waste and eliminating the discharge of contaminated effluent resulting from offset or flexographic platemaking processes.

Inks

With inks and printers working harmoniously together, our tightly integrated systems deliver outstanding prints. We develop a wide variety of solvent, pigment and water-based inks for quality, high-definition color on most materials. Mimaki inks resist, even when exposed to direct sunlight, and are water and abrasion resistant.

Cutting plotters

Mimaki set the benchmark for cutting solutions in 1987 by introducing the first plotter in the world to use the drag knife. This technology introduced a shift from simple signboards with hand-painted lettering to vibrant signs with eye-catching photographs and illustrations. Well received in the market, our innovative cutter was the basis for continued innovation. Today, Mimaki cutting solutions are found in sign and display, textile and apparel, and industrial businesses around the globe.
